What about shipping charges on the free 3-for-2 offers? Shipping is free on the free item (and all paid items) for USA customers. World customers must pay $4 US (after 20% discount) for shipping on the free CD/DVD, if the plastic box is required. If no plastic box is required, shipping is free. (World shipping on flags is always $4 -- after 20% discount -- for both free and paid items.) World shipping is via airmail!

Why does the World shipping charge show a higher amount that what you say? For example, World shipping on flags is supposed to be $4 yet it shows as $5.  It will be $4 when you checkout. We have an across the board sale of 20%, which cannot exclude the shipping charges with the current software. So we have to increase shipping charges by 20% until checkout to make things work out correctly.

When we ship CDs without the plastic box, you still get the front and back inserts right?  Yes, we send both the front and back along with a copy of our most current catalog.

When will I receive my order? Most orders are shipped same day as receipt (does not include orders paid by personal check). USA shipping: The majority of orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, assuring that you items will arrive safely. We are able to track these orders in-route and when they have arrived. World: All orders shipped via airmail (Global Priority or Small Packet).

How do I know if an item is available? The web site is typically updated about twice per week, so if you see it here it is available. The paper catalog is updated less frequently.

What about returns? Complete satisfaction is guaranteed and you may return items for a full refund, exchange or credit -- usually. One fellow ordered 12 CDs, taped them all, and sent them back demanding a refund. In an unusual situation such as this, be prepared for a restocking charge. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your items if you want to return something.

Shipping charges are not refundable on returns. This applies to USA orders, in which shipping is free if you keep the item. It also applies to World orders.

How Do I Order by Mail? During Checkout, select Order via US or World Mail. The shopping cart will figures your discounts, shipping (if applicable) and tax (Colorado residents only).
